School management / Head of School - school founding This is what you can count on with us - A central leadership role with great pedagogical and organizational scope - A proven, consistent educational concept with reliable quality standards - The opportunity to build a new school, an international team and a lively school culture from the ground up - Technical support from the Management, experienced colleagues from the Germany-wide Phorms network and the headquarters - Freedom for new ideas, short decision-making processes and collaboration at eye level - Further and further training budget including coaching opportunities - Additional employer benefits, flat-rate moving costs and attractive remuneration in the upper market segment This is how you get involved For our new Phorms school location in the southern Berlin area, we are looking for a dynamic leader from February 1st, 2027 who will be our pedagogical vision is translated into practice and shapes the campus from the founding phase onwards.Together with your school management team, you will build a school that will initially start with three first classes in the school year and then grow into a three-class primary school and a two-class comprehensive school with a high school level. - You will design the new school location and build it up pedagogically and organizationally - You will represent the school internally and externally remain active in teaching practice - You will develop a bilingual and cosmopolitan school culture in which German and English are practiced as a matter of course and cultural diversity is seen as enrichment - You will ensure excellent teaching quality, establish reliable processes and accompany school development with foresight - You will establish a performance-oriented and at the same time personality-building learning culture that promotes critical thinking, personal responsibility, MINT skills and a reflective use of digital technologies - Together With your team, you create a caring learning environment in which every child is perceived personally, supported according to their strengths and reliably supported when faced with challenges - You design an inspiring campus with modern learning spaces, contemporary digital infrastructure and a team culture in which innovative and project-oriented teaching methods are practiced. This is what you bring with you - You have a recognized teaching qualification or a comparable, recognized qualification - You have several years of leadership experience in a school environment - You connect High pedagogical quality with organizational foresight - You lead with clarity, appreciation and trust and know how to inspire teams - You also feel comfortable in a dynamic development phase and approach new challenges proactively and with enthusiasm - You communicate confidently in German and English and are enthusiastic about international cooperation and future-oriented learning concepts.
