Job Description
1) Administrative and legal management: • Prepare and monitor employment contracts (technical and artistic teams) in accordance with Spanish labor legislation, as well as manage onboarding and offboarding processes. • Create and update the administrative files of the projects (insurance, occupational risk prevention, data protection, authorizations, agreements, licenses, protocols, etc.). • Verify compliance with the documentation presented by freelancers, artists and suppliers (DNI/NIE/CIF, Social Security registration, invoices, etc.). • Carry out basic monitoring of legal obligations (working hours, security, etc.). 2) Budgetary and financial monitoring: • Review, classify and send invoices to the accounting department, ensuring their correct analytical allocation. • Prepare payment schedules (suppliers, freelancers, rentals, etc.). • Collaborate in the preparation of grant applications, in coordination with production and accounting. 3) Administrative monitoring of personnel and coordination with payroll: • Compile the necessary information for the preparation of payrolls (overtime, bonuses, salary changes, absences, sick leave, vacations). • Act as liaison with labor consultancy/payroll provider for salary management. • Participate in the administrative onboarding of new incorporations (labor documentation, administrative induction, explanation of internal procedures) and in the complete management of offboarding. 4) Relationship with suppliers and external services: • Manage budgets, purchase orders and contracts with suppliers. 5) Reporting and internal coordination: • Update shared monitoring tools (spreadsheets, production software). • Participate in production meetings and communicate administrative or financial alerts (delays in billing, risks of non-compliance, etc. To access the details of the offer click here
