IT system administrator YOUR TASKS - Client Management System: Inventory, installation, configuration and maintenance of clients in Aagon, creation of client commands and patches, integration/packaging of software in the ACMP kiosk, update monitoring and implementation, system optimizations - Windows and DHCP server, network administration: Carrying out backups and updates of the IfB Windows and DHCP server, administration of the IfB sub-networks (VLANs) - User and rights management: setting up and managing client user accounts, assigning access rights and roles, preparing and integrating the Active Directory in ACMP (CMS), software management - IT security: implementation and monitoring of security guidelines, support of backup and recovery solutions, support with data protection and Compliance requirements - Media technology: maintenance and issuing of the institute's own media technology - Support and troubleshooting: 1st and 2nd level support, error analysis and troubleshooting, support in the introduction of new technologies/software - Documentation and projects: creation and maintenance of technical documentation, collaboration on IT projects and infrastructure modernizationYOUR PROFILE - completed training in the IT sector, e.g. B.
