Cinema employee

About the position
We are looking for cinema employees on a fixed rotation every third weekend. Every sixth weekend is a fixed working weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and every sixth weekend is an extra shift on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 
The work consists of serving customers, replenishing/rolling goods, routine work, assisting with the implementation of events, marketing in social media, demonstrating a high level of service in meeting customers and popping enormous amounts of popcorn. 
We want new employees to be flexible and able to show up at short notice on weekdays, holidays and weekends if needed. 
It is important for us that you are motivated to work in an industry that is open when everyone else is off. 
Qualifications
It is important here that you are punctual at work and accurate in dealing with routines, money and computer systems. 
It is an advantage if you like to offer yourself, as we often organize events for both children, young people, adults and the elderly. We sometimes dress up and post pictures of ourselves on social media. 
You will receive all the training you need. The most important thing for us is that you are motivated to work and have the opportunity to show up at short notice if you should become ill, during holidays and at events. 
It is an advantage if you are over 18 years of age.

Aurora kino AS is a northern Norwegian, municipal cinema chain that operates cinemas in Tromsø, Alta, Narvik, Kirkenes and Vardø. Aurora kino is northern Norway's largest cultural player measured in number of visitors, with around 400,000 visits annually.  In total, we have around 100 skilled and cheerful employees, divided into 40 full-time equivalents. The cinemas' normal operating hours are largely in the evenings and on weekends, and there is a need for many smaller part-time positions. This also makes Aurora cinema a popular evening and weekend job for schoolchildren and students in particular.
Aurora cinema Narvik has 289 seats divided into two halls, Ankeret and Mea. Performances are shown here 362 days a year. In addition to regular cinema performances, we offer senior cinema, baby cinema, birthday cinema, school and kindergarten screenings, as well as cinema hall rental.
