Job Description
## As an IT Architect .Net, you will:
define the high-level software architecture for applications and systems;
determine the technologies, frameworks, and tools to be used by developers;
develop Proposals (POCs) to approve technical approaches and new technologies, and test and demonstrate the feasibility of solutions;
advise development teams on solution implementation, conduct code reviews, and supervise junior developers;
encourage knowledge sharing within the development team and foster collaboration with other teams (operations, quality, etc.);
work with stakeholders to understand commercial and technical requirements and translate these requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions;
monitor compliance with best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles, ensuring that architectural decisions comply with the organization's standards and regulations;
define and apply software quality and security guidelines;
You ensure that systems meet non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, and security;
You identify and address architectural risks, obstacles, and scalability issues.
### Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT and extensive experience in .NET development.
You are proficient in the following technologies: .NET, Microsoft Technologies, .NET MVC, .NET Entity Framework, TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT, .NET WCF, .NET WebAPI, Blazor, SQL, and EAI Patterns.
Knowledge of the following domains is a plus: Keycloak, Appian, OneIdentity, Cybersecurity, AI, IAM, Microsoft Azure.
You have strong conceptual and analytical skills, are able to process information, recognize logical relationships, and integrate data to separate the wheat from the chaff. You have a constructive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and are results-oriented.
You anticipate future changes by designing flexible solutions that enhance the organization's flexibility.
You are a multitasker and manage your time efficiently, taking sensitivities and priorities into account.
Knowledge of one of the two national languages and English is required.
Knowledge of the second national language is a significant asset.
