Your mission will be to:
Lead the comprehensive management of groups and events, from booking to execution.
Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee an excellent experience for our clients.
Oversee compliance with quality, profitability, and satisfaction standards.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers.
Analyze results and propose continuous improvements to processes and services.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Proficiency in event management and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Advanced level of English; other languages are a plus. Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
Requirements:
