Account Manager for Gekomm AB – Gothenburg

About the role
As an Account Manager at Gekomm AB in Gothenburg, you have a clear mission: to create business, build long-term customer relationships and reach – or beat – your individual budget.
You work with sales from ear to loaf, which means that you:
    
Identifies new business opportunities
    
Conducts customer dialogues and business meetings
    
Present solutions based on customer needs
    
Responsible for business, agreements, delivery and follow-up
The role combines proactive new customer cultivation with the development of existing customer relationships, always with a focus on growth, quality and long-termism.
Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
    
Create and develop new customer relationships through consultative and business-driven sales
    
Responsible for your own meeting booking and conducting customer meetings with high quality and a clear business focus
    
Implement and follow up on meetings delivered from our internal meeting booking department, with full responsibility for results and business outcomes
    
Identify customer challenges and propose solutions that streamline and create business value
    
Drive deals from first meeting to closing, agreement and delivery
    
Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure high quality in both business and delivery
Who we are looking for

You are:
    
Self-driven, structured and goal-oriented
    
Comfortable in customer dialogues and business meetings
    
Curious, business-oriented and solution-focused
    
Competitive and motivated by clear goals, KPIs and results
We would like you to have:
    
At least 2 years of relevant industry experience, or
    
1–3+ years of experience in proactive B2B sales
