The Atlassian Management team manages the suite of Atlassian tools used within the FPS Finance. We work from a cross-functional pillar for specific users within the business pillars and for the entire ICT department.
We provide our users with Jira projects and Confluence spaces where they can organize and track their daily work.
We support users in using the applications according to best practices.
We improve our configurations to tailor them to the users' needs.
We organize our own work as optimally as possible. We do this by automating repetitive tasks, providing documentation (for both ourselves and our users), and empowering users to properly manage their projects and spaces.
Your tasks include:
Creating Jira projects and Confluence spaces: You follow standard procedures.
Handling user queries and incidents: You proactively record work.
You critically analyze the request and, if necessary, request additional information from the requester to avoid assumptions.
Before implementing a solution, you investigate the impact on the overall configuration.
If in doubt, you first test a solution in the test environment before proposing or implementing it.
Implementing configuration improvements:
You consult with stakeholders to clarify their needs.
You analyze the change, considering the overall configuration.
You coordinate with colleagues before implementing changes that impact the basic configuration. Monitoring developments and changes in the applications
You are willing to actively monitor developments in the applications.
It goes without saying that you accept changes and adapt your daily work accordingly.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
You demonstrate work experience in a similar position.
You have knowledge of: Configuring Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and possibly other Atlassian products.
Communication skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
You are preferably proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
Analytical thinking:
You are analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused, taking the context of the situation into account.
