BUSINESS PROCESS AND WORK ORGANIZATION ANALYST, probationary period, fixed-term or until 8.2.2027, full-time, 40, -ORGANIZING MUTUAL COOPERATION AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER BODIES,
-COOPERATION WITH DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN EXPERTS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FIELD OF THE AGENCY'S WORK,
-PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS AND WRITING MINUTES OF SESSIONS OF THE AGENCY'S BODIES,
-PREPARATION OF AUTHOR CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS FOR GROUPS OF EXPERTS AND CONTRACT CONTRACTS,
-COOPERATION IN THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL DATA AND ARCHIVING DOCUMENTATION,
-KEEPING AND MONITORING RECORDS OF PAYMENTS,
-PERFORMING TASKS IN THE FIELD OF THE AGENCY'S FINANCIAL OPERATIONS,
-INDEPENDENT PREPARATION OF LESS DEMANDING ANALYSES, INFORMATION, REPORTS,
-PERFORMING OTHER TASKS OF SIMILAR DEMANDS.

The advertised position is in the 17th salary grade, in accordance with the provisions of the ZSTSPJS.
The selected candidate will be employed for a fixed term until 8 February 2027, or until the civil servant returns from parental leave, with full-time work.
