What will you do?
This is a role for those of you who like things to happen and who want variety. You will:
Recruit and follow up on employees (rotational personnel within the facility initially, possibly other segments in the long term)
Build relationships and create opportunities; a little sales, a little consulting, a lot of dialogue
Have control over administrative work such as assignments, timesheets and systems
Plan and coordinate travel for personnel
And not least: contribute to the smooth running of everyday life, and that people feel seen and cared for
 
Who are you?
We care most about your motivation and how you are as a person. But if you recognize yourself in any of these, we are already on the right track:
You have structure and control, even when things are moving fast
You are social and confident in meeting people and have the ability to meet people in a warm and professional way
You learn systems quickly and are digitally curious
You can think for yourself, find solutions and take initiative
Education in HR/finance/management is great, but not essential
You must be able to stand in front of a camera every now and then (if you are interested in SoMe, there will be opportunities to work with it a little)
You are ambitious, curious and want to achieve something
