Mattssons in Anderstorp is now looking for a Customer Support Associate for our customer support department. Here you will become an important part of a knowledgeable and committed team that works closely with both customers and internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, quality and delivery reliability.
### About the role In the role of Customer Support Associate, you work extensively with technical customer support and inside sales. You have daily contact with customers via telephone and email and are responsible for order management, delivery coordination, quotation preparation and follow-up. You act as the customer's extended purchasing department and make the customer more competitive by understanding their actual needs and offering the right product from Mattsson's wide range, as well as proactively coordinating deliveries to achieve high delivery reliability. You thus act as technical support to customers and use Mattsson's advanced system tools and services to ensure that the customer always has products for their assembly. You work in a structured way with follow-up, delivery planning and forecasts and collaborate closely internally with both the purchasing and sales organization to coordinate and ensure the flow to the customer, from the quote request to delivery.
### Your profile We are looking for someone who is structured, positive and self-driven, who enjoys taking responsibility for your work tasks. You are technically interested and find it fun to familiarize yourself with different products and solutions. Experience in customer service, order management or inside sales in an industrial or technical environment is a merit.   It is also an advantage if you have product knowledge or have previously worked with technical items and have knowledge of reading drawings. It is desirable that you have an interest in numbers and mathematics, as the role involves many calculations and handling of price and item data. You have experience with various business systems and good computer skills and work unhindered in the Office package, meritorious if you have good knowledge of Excel. You communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are solution-oriented, cooperative and have difficulty prioritizing even when the pace is high.
