Mattssons in Anderstorp is now looking for a Customer Support Associate for our customer support department. Here you will become an important part of a knowledgeable and committed team that works closely with both customers and internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, quality and delivery reliability.
Your profile We are looking for someone who is structured, positive and self-driven, who enjoys taking responsibility for your work tasks. You are technically interested and find it fun to familiarize yourself with different products and solutions. Experience in customer service, order management or inside sales in an industrial or technical environment is a merit.   It is also an advantage if you have product knowledge or have previously worked with technical items and have knowledge of reading drawings. It is desirable that you have an interest in numbers and mathematics, as the role involves many calculations and handling of price and item data. You have experience with various business systems and good computer skills and work unhindered in the Office package, meritorious if you have good knowledge of Excel. You communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are solution-oriented, cooperative and have difficulty prioritizing even when the pace is high.
