About the role
As a claims adjuster with a focus on movable property, you work in a customer-oriented role where you handle claims related to movable property, for both private and corporate customers.
You run several claims cases in parallel and have an important role in ensuring legally secure, efficient and customer-oriented claims settlement.
At the office, you work together with other claims adjusters in a close and collaborative environment.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has experience in claims management and good insurance knowledge, preferably in property and casualty insurance. You are confident in interpreting insurance terms, making claims assessments and communicating decisions in a clear and empathetic manner.
As a person, you are service-oriented, structured and responsible. You enjoy dialogue with customers, even in situations that can be emotionally stressful, and have the ability to build trust through professionalism and responsiveness.
You work independently, are solution-oriented and have difficulty prioritizing when the pace is high. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements for the position
    Experience in claims settlement
    Good insurance knowledge in non-life insurance
    Ability to interpret insurance terms and conditions and make independent decisions
    Good computer skills
    Completed high school education
    Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Meritorious
    Experience in personal property damage
    Experience in customer-oriented processing
