We are now looking for a case manager, preferably with the possibility of immediate start.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire debt collection process and will work closely with customers in a professional, solution-oriented and empathetic manner. To succeed, we believe that you are outgoing, accommodating and have good communication skills - both written and oral.
The position provides excellent opportunities for learning, further development and professional enrichment within an exciting and socially important area.
 
 
Key tasks will be:
Case management and follow-up of customer portfolio in collaboration with the team
Communication in writing and orally
Legal processes
Contribute across the team with various tasks
 
Desired qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills, Norwegian and English
Bachelor's degree in economics/administration or other relevant education preferred
Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Experience from debt collection, credit or similar industries is an advantage, but not a requirement
 
Desired personal qualities:
Basic financial understanding
Structured and problem-solving
Progressive and goal-oriented
Good collaboration skills with the ability to build trust
