Forwarder driver

Do you have experience as a forwarder driver and want to work for sustainable and future-oriented forestry? Then this position could be a perfect fit for you.
The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People but you will be employed directly by the client.
About the position
In the role of forwarder driver, you will work with thinning, final felling and other types of felling assignments. The work is carried out mainly in the Stockholm region but also in other locations when necessary. You will work closely with production management and other drivers to create efficient flows and a safe working environment.
The role also includes daily service and simpler maintenance of the machines, such as chain changes, lubrication and minor adjustments. You will thrive here if you like working out in the forest, take responsibility for your work and want to contribute to a sustainable and quality-driven business.

We are looking for you who
    Have experience driving forwarders
    Have good machine skills and understanding of forest production
    Are responsible, self-driven and meticulous
    Have the ability to perform simple mechanical work and solve problems in the field
    Enjoy working in shifts and in collaboration with other drivers
Qualifications:
Experience driving both harvesters and forwarders
Forestry education or equivalent experience
Possibility to work across Central Sweden and live away if necessary
