Position Mission:
To offer personalized, attentive, and high-quality service to guests during their stay, using every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify potential clients interested in the product, proactively inviting guests to explore the sales offerings in the sales office and acting as the first key link in the sales process.
Job Functions
2. Use every service interaction as an opportunity to generate conversation, create interest, and build trust with the guest, with the goal of naturally and effectively inviting them to the sales office, without exerting direct sales pressure.
3. Proactively invite guests with a suitable profile to the sales office, highlighting the potential benefits they could receive based on their profile and preferences.
4. Communicate relevant information obtained during the guest interaction (profile, interests, traveler type, perceived objections) to the appropriate Sales Advisor to facilitate a personalized sales approach.
5. Conduct an effective introduction between the guest and the Sales Advisor, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate guest entry to the sales office and ensure efficient and seamless service.
7. Accurately record invitations and their outcomes in the established management tools, ensuring traceability and consistency of the process.
8. Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and feedback sessions to enhance interpersonal and sales skills.
9. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, understanding that quality service is the foundation for generating real sales opportunities.
What are we looking for?
1-2 years of experience in similar positions
Excellent English; another language is a plus
Interest in sales and a knack for identifying sales opportunities
Excellent communication and public relations skills, proactive, customer-oriented, and highly service-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
