What does the job entail?
You ensure that in-house interior projects run smoothly and correctly, from measurement to delivery.
You personally go on-site to take measurements and gather technical information about the concept and implementation.
You are the primary point of contact for clients and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
You work closely with your fellow estimator, who passes on all client information to you.
You closely monitor files: from production to delivery, including installation schedules and order forms.
You prepare implementation schedules and actively monitor the installation of projects.
You are responsible for progress reports, preparatory invoicing, and the preparation of the "as-built" file.
Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
You have experience with carpentry projects or have previously worked as a window/door installer.
You are communicative, accurate, and always think in terms of solutions.
