Junior Recruiter with company car

Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, as a Junior Recruiter in Kortrijk, you'll learn everything about the entire recruitment process:
You'll connect companies and candidates: from in-depth interviews to writing job postings and managing applications.
You'll build relationships with both applicants and organizations by listening to them and building trust.
Aftercare is key: you'll regularly follow up with candidates for up to a year after they've started. That's how you make a difference.
Administration? Also important. You ensure that everything stays up-to-date.
You contribute to Noël Franklin's visibility, both online (social media) and offline (events and trade shows).
