Job Description
We are looking for summer temporary workers in the Maritime Department in the summer of 2026; subject area: waters. We have two summer jobs available.
Oslo Havn KF develops and operates Norway's largest public cargo and passenger port. We will ensure efficient port operations, supervise traffic in the Oslo Municipality's maritime area, and facilitate environmentally friendly sea transport. We contribute to the development and management of an attractive harbor promenade for the enjoyment of the population. Through the wholly owned subsidiary HAV Eiendom AS, we are also developing one of Norway's most attractive land portfolios. We have an ambitious environmental policy, and plan for growth while also becoming a zero-emission port in the long term.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for motivated summer temporary workers who enjoy practical work and collaboration. You must be 18 years of age by the start date.
Working period and working hours
The working period is June-August. We emphasize how long you can work during this period, so please state your availability clearly in your application. Working hours are generally 07:00–14:35, Monday–Friday.
Job DutiesThe work will include maintenance tasks and cleaning within the section's area of responsibility - both on floating equipment and in connection with water-related tasks, such as waste management at sea. Summer temporary workers can also be deployed across disciplines depending on the workload, weather conditions and resource needs. Qualifications
Class B driver's license
### Experience with maritime maintenance is an advantage
### Experience from port operations is positively valued
The boatman's license is an advantage

Unskilled summer temporary workers are paid according to the Oslo Municipality's wage regulations in wage level 10, which corresponds to an hourly wage of NOK 246.90.
If you have formal education directly relevant to the position, remuneration will be made accordingly. Relevant education can be a certificate, bachelor's degree or equivalent.
