Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

For our Managing Director, we are looking for a discreet, well-organized, and proactive Personal Assistant. Someone who is not only strong in administration but also proactive, plans ahead, and maintains structure in the fast-moving fruit and vegetable sector. You will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
Managing the complex calendar, adapting quickly and constantly thinking ahead.
Preparing, scheduling, and taking minutes of meetings.
Supporting projects, strategic files, and confidential documents.
Preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Providing ad-hoc support, with a focus on flexibility and discretion.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You are fluent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, and are proficient in French – knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Some affinity with or experience in the fresh produce sector (fruit and vegetables) is an advantage.
