Logistics Trainee (m/v/x)

Are you looking for your first job in Supply Chain in an international environment? You'll be immersed in a challenging, dynamic environment where you'll experience all the different aspects of logistics. You'll learn about Tabaknatie's daily operations through training provided by the managers.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for preparing analyses and reporting for the various departments.
You will manage data in the system and perform checks to ensure and optimize the efficiency of business processes.
You will conduct an initial critical analysis and interpret, synthesize, and report the results. You're comfortable working with data and its interpretation.
You will provide administrative and project-based follow-up as needed.
You will support the managers in various tasks.
You are not afraid to critically examine existing processes and procedures and to optimize them. You will manage and follow up the agenda of one board member.
You will organize meetings, take minutes, and then prepare reports.
Profile and competencies
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the logistics sector. You are flexible and a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality, and you seek challenges. You also have analytical and solution-oriented skills.
You also possess:
High motivation and a willingness to learn
A higher education diploma with a specialization in logistics
Good knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A driver's license B
