Høyenhall Health and Rehabilitation offers interdisciplinary specialized day rehabilitation for adult patients with acquired brain injury. We are located at idyllic Steinsfjorden in Hole municipality, only 40 minutes from Oslo.
We are looking for a medical specialist in neurology, alternatively physical medicine, who will help lift our professional environment to a new level – and shape the rehabilitation of the future together with us.
With a new agreement with Helse Sør-Øst, we will now scale up operations at Høyenhall significantly. This means new opportunities, a larger professional environment and even stronger interdisciplinary cooperation.
## About the position:
As a medical specialist at Høyenhall Health and Rehabilitation, you have an important leading function in the interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to rehabilitation. You will be professionally responsible for the patient's rehabilitation course and contribute to the development of the services.

## Job responsibilities:
Clinical work with patients during the day, including mapping, assessing, testing and rehabilitating patients according to evidence-based practice
Facilitating the patient's goal and process work, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Responsibility for the patient's interdisciplinary epicrisis
Interact with primary health care and other relevant support players for the patient
Education for patients and employees
Participate in work with patient safety, quality and improvement work
### Qualifications:
Doctor with approval as a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation or neurologist
### Experience from rehabilitation in the specialist health service is an advantage
### Experience with our patient groups is an advantage
Good skills for collaboration and communication
Must be fluent in Norwegian and have good written and oral presentation skills
General good IT competence
