We have % temporary positions available as office staff at Hjelmeland Care Center. The temporary position is from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2027. Working hours are during the day.
This is an exciting position where you work closely with the unit manager and the employees.
The care center consists of a short-term ward with 8 beds and home care. The short-term ward has a large diversity of patient groups, complex and exciting challenges that we work with interdisciplinary. The home care service serves 26 care homes and home residents. The center is centrally located in Hjelmeland with beautiful nature and nice hiking areas around. With us you will have an active everyday life with many exciting and varied challenges.
## We are looking for someone who:
- is positive, structured and solution-oriented
- works independently and takes responsibility
- is service-oriented and responsive
- is accurate and reliable
- handles multiple tasks simultaneously
- has good IT skills
- has experience with the professional systems CosDoc, Visma Resource Management and WebSak
## Job duties:
- daily follow-up of work plans
- hiring personnel in case of absence
- shift work
- archiving and document management
- invoice processing
- registration of personnel reports
- overview and coordination of daily activities and events
- assistance to new employees and temporary workers
- other administrative work as required
### Qualifications:
- trade certificate in office and administration
- applicants with relevant experience and knowledge of relevant computer systems can compensate for the lack of a trade certificate
- good Norwegian spoken and written, minimum level B2
- driver's license class B is an advantage, but not a requirement
