### About the role of Support Assistant
As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually adapted support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, and always have their personal implementation plan as a starting point.
We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we base ourselves on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and be able to live a meaningful life with a high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective treatment to create security and predictability in users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget.
### Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good cooperation skills and relate to others in a sensitive way and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the needs of the individual.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
### Requirements:
Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
### Experience of working in care and care
High school education such as children's and leisure programs, care and care programs, or post-secondary education such as support teacher, social educator or university education in a relevant field.
## Merit if you also have:
### Experience in psychiatry, AKK and low-affective treatment.
Worked with complex support needs.

Employment form: Permanent Employment rate: 100% or as agreed Working hours: day, evening and weekend work Access: As agreed, we look positively if you can take up the position soon. Collective agreement: We are bound by a collective agreement with the Swedish Healthcare Employers/Municipal, Branch E.
