Mercantile/office worker

We are looking for a mercantile employee who, with security and structure, can help the child welfare service concentrate on its core mission: Safeguarding the best interests of the child
Job duties
Responsibility for the supervisor scheme in the child welfare service
Responsibility for mercantile tasks in the child welfare service together with a colleague in the mercantile department
Handling timesheets
Following up user archives
Postal management and archives for child welfare
Developing routines and other work that may arise
Qualifications
Three-year upper secondary school - economic - administrative subjects/field of study for office subjects
Office technical qualifications and good computer skills
Experience from relevant public or private enterprise
Personal suitability
Knowledge of the Modulis program, and other case management programs
Good command of Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
Personal qualities
Flexible and solution-oriented
Neat, structured and self-driven
Works well in a team
Respectful and service-minded when meeting people
Good mood and willingness to go the extra mile
