Job Mission:
What you will do:
F&B support: Provide support in the implementation of operational guidelines, recipes, production sheets, and purchasing lists.
Quality and consistency: Ensure consistency and the highest quality in the flavor, presentation, and proper temperature of the food served. Menu Planning: Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning for bars and restaurants.
Supervision and Coordination: Oversee order preparation and coordinate with the front of house for dish preparation and service start times.
What are we looking for?
Education and Training: University degree and/or higher in Tourism; training in Gastronomy/Culinary Arts; and highly valued training to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Languages: Local language (depending on the establishment's location) and Advanced English.
Specific Skills:
Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
Proficiency in using management tools.
Up-to-date with culinary trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
Proactive approach to excellence and strong planning and organizational skills.
Leadership and excellent communication skills, as well as prior experience in team management.
Innovative.
