Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you will report to your Team Manager and work closely with the teams in Portugal and Luxembourg. Expect a varied role that combines service coordination, supplier negotiations, and customer management.
Your responsibilities:
Professionally and efficiently handle customer requests.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive terms and top-notch service.
Maintain and update systems, including Shiva and ZOHO.
Support financial follow-up, including reminder calls and resolving payment issues.
Handle complaints with professionalism and initiative, always focusing on improvement.
Follow up with customers and prospects, in collaboration with the commercial team.
Conduct prospecting calls.
Check and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
You have completed studies with a focus on business administration or logistics, or have equivalent professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transport coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
Decisive and proactive, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Solution-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving.
IT-savvy, preferably with experience using CRM or service management tools.
Languages: Dutch, French, and Turkish (required), English (professional level).
