About the role of Support Educator
In the role of Support Educator, you will provide support and service based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to ensuring that the residents are given the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you must be able to take care of each person's individual needs and be able to conduct educational work based on this. Since the needs of the users are different, no day is the same, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.
You will work closely with the users together with your colleagues and have a great responsibility to, in consultation with the operations manager, run and develop the educational work at the business. Some delegated health and medical care tasks are included in the work.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable and can keep a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work.   You have good cooperation skills and relate to others in a sensitive way and enjoy collaborating with others.   You are an independent, humble and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the needs of the individual.

Requirements:
    
Degree from the support teacher training 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy.
    
Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adult person circle 1.
    
Basic knowledge of housework such as diet and hygiene.
    
Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Merit if you also have:
    
Experience in work management
    
Experience of having worked with people with autism and challenging behavior.
    
Experience of working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral problems.
    
Experience of clarifying communication and low-affective treatment.
    
Experience of AKK
