Caring lady in her 50s is looking for a creative and flexible assistant!

I am a kind and caring woman in her 50s who is in a wheelchair. The wheelchair makes some everyday tasks difficult to perform without assistance - so this is where you come in. My days alternate between good and not-so-good days, and this helps determine my daily needs and activity level. I value good conversations, shopping, café visits, needlework and a good cinema or concert experience 🧶☕🎵 However, I also need to be able to withdraw and rest. You, as my assistant, must be able to assist me with suggestions for activities and tasks, as well as assist me in carrying them out - as this will help me towards a more fulfilling life. I also like being out in the fresh air, on walks in the local area - and I hope you will join me in that. ☀️🌻I am looking for you who value variety, and who are able to adapt to my days. It is nice if you are creative and caring. Otherwise, it is nice if you are in a good mood and value good conversations, while also being able to assist with housework and other arrangements in and outside the home.
Position and working hours:
I am looking for flexible on-call assistants who want a long-term employment relationship - as there is a good chance that you will eventually become a permanent employee. Working hours will vary between day, evening and weekend. Please specify in your application how you are able to work.
Tasks:
Practical assistance in the home
Assist me with planning my days
Assist me with planning meals and cooking
Be with me on trips

 Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Norwegian
Valid police certificate (presented upon employment)
