Brakanes Hotel is looking for Receptionists and Night Guards for the 2026 season, are you the one looking to create good guest experiences with personal service? You will be part of a larger team where the guest is the focus. You are organized, motivated, interested in Hardanger and want to provide good service.

Job Duties
## About the position:
Receive guests upon arrival and departure (check-in and check-out)
Answer telephone, email and inquiries at the reception
Manage reservations and booking system
Provide information about the hotel, facilities and local activities and book them for guests.
Process payments and conduct cash settlement daily.
Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen and other departments
Ensure good service and a pleasant guest experience
Contribute to a good working environment and efficient flow in the Reception.
Reporting and handling of discrepancies
Focus on upselling, service and quality.
Handling guest problems
Night shift duties if on night shift.
