RECEPTIONIST/NIGHT GUARD - for Season 2026 Brakanes Hotel

Job Duties
About the position:
Receive guests upon arrival and departure (check-in and check-out)
Answer telephone, email and inquiries at the reception
Manage reservations and booking system
Process payments and conduct cash settlement daily.
Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen and other departments
Ensure good service and a pleasant guest experience
Contribute to a good working environment and efficient flow in the Reception.
Reporting and handling of discrepancies
Focus on upselling, service and quality.
Handling guest problems
Night shift duties if on night shift.
