Thon Hotel Harstad is looking for a summer temporary receptionist

We are now looking for a summer temporary position with us. The position is a rotating work on weekdays and weekends. The position reports to the Reception Manager.
You will be part of a team that plays well with each other, so that together we create great days at work and take care of our good working environment. As a receptionist with us, you will have working hours according to the current work schedule, which includes first shift (06:45-15:00), middle shift (12:00-20:00), evening (14:45-23:00), night receptionist (22:45-07:00) and weekends in case of illness and vacation. Other working hours must also be expected.
Responsibilities/tasks:
Meet all guests in a professional and committed manner
Check-in and check-out of guests
Operate switchboard and handle all inquiries
Keep reception and lobby tidy and inviting
Handle personal data confidentially
Cash and credit management
Various reception work that may occur
