Handyman/green maintenance 14 hours in a nice environment

As a handyman, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and minor repairs in and around the student house. This can include repairs between rentals or during occupancy.
You'll carry out various tasks: repairing loose plumbing fixtures, repairing/replacing siphons, replacing toilet seals, unclogging toilets, fixing taps, installing/repairing (parts of) the kitchen, painting, stripping wallpaper, replacing light fixtures, repairing and installing floor and wall coverings, installing skirting boards, adjusting and adjusting doors, lubricating and replacing locks, repairing roller shutters, garden maintenance, transporting to the recycling center, and more.
Maintaining green areas and outdoor spaces.
You'll work independently, but sometimes also with a colleague if necessary.
You'll take initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
You'll report accurately and punctually on the work performed.
Profile
You have the necessary experience in residential maintenance and repairs.
You hold a technical or vocational secondary education diploma. Training or experience with electricity or plumbing is a plus.
You are proactive, a problem-solver, results-oriented, and a good self-organizer.
You are accurate, discreet, and diplomatic.
You work with quality, accuracy, safety, and timeliness.
You hold a valid category B driver's license and are willing to collect materials if necessary.
You have a certificate of good conduct.
