Project Trainee (m/v/x)

What will you do?
You will be responsible for actively monitoring administrative and operational tasks within the department.
You will organize meetings, take minutes, and then prepare reports.
You will manage data in the system and perform checks to ensure and optimize the efficiency of business processes.
You will prepare presentations, both to support projects and for reporting to management.
You will perform various tasks assigned by your manager and colleagues.
You will ensure flawless administrative processing and adherence to deadlines.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is accurate and has an eye for detail. We're looking for someone with a strong interest in the logistics sector. You're flexible and a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality, eager for challenges. You also possess analytical and solution-oriented skills.
You also possess:
A higher education degree (with a logistics specialization)
A high level of motivation and eagerness to learn
A good working knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
A stress-resistant personality
