A site manager is a skilled worker in the field and mentor to the team. Your responsibilities include overseeing the site to ensure it is completed on schedule and within the agreed timeframe. Clients expect professional craftsmanship, and you're a key link in this process. Carrying out the job safely is also part of supervision. Maintaining good contact with the client/customer and ensuring communication between them and the company are among your skills.
If you've been working in construction for several years and believe you can grow into a site manager with the necessary guidance and training, you might be the perfect person for this position. You may have experience in finishing, but not yet in our sector as a plasterboard installer. In that case, you can gradually work your way up to the level of experience and skills on site.
