Project leader roof and facade renovation

Durieux Group is currently looking for a project manager in the Geraardsbergen region.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several construction sites.
You will prepare the daily schedule and ensure sufficient staffing and materials are always available on site.
You will organize site meetings and keep all involved parties informed of progress and any difficulties.
You will review quotes and monitor the projects, including site preparation, execution, and delivery according to the quote.
You will also follow up on warranty claims.
You will coordinate the projects with an eye for quality and safety. You enjoy working in a team and discussing projects together.
Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone with some experience in the construction sector and/or a degree in construction engineering. You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a clear communicator. You are assertive but can maintain a distance when necessary. A driver's license is required.
