Your profile:
You have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or (Electro)Mechanical Engineering;
Experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement;
You communicate fluently, both in Dutch, French, English, and/or German;
You are energized by developing ingenious technical solutions cost-effectively, and are then able to implement and implement them;
You are a flexible, go-getter with strong people skills that you use to inspire your colleagues every day.

Your responsibilities:
After thoroughly analyzing and reviewing the complete specifications, project plans, and contract, you'll work with the design team to determine the optimal execution method. You'll review this with the Head of Projects and finalize the working method.
You'll then be responsible for project-related technical purchases, thanks to your strong technical background. You excel at preparing the necessary price requests and can negotiate them if necessary.
You maintain a bird's-eye view of your various projects. You'll closely monitor the contractual scope and take necessary action if any changes occur. For example, you'll prepare additional work and specifically analyze whether certain changes will impact the schedule. Finally, you oversee the general proper execution of the project and ensure that all safety and quality regulations are complied with.
