Your challenges as a project manager:
Organizing and coordinating - as an experienced project manager, you manage unique projects from start to finish. You are responsible for the practical organization and overall execution of your project.
Managing the team - thanks to your leadership of the site team: site managers and project engineers, our projects run smoothly.
Monitoring the budget - you are the financial driving force behind the project. You keep a close eye on the budget and communicate about it with the client and Artes Management. Preparing progress reports and forecasts is what energizes you.
Quality and planning – customer satisfaction is always your top priority, by delivering the renowned Artes quality within the agreed-upon schedule.
Collaboration – you ensure smooth communication with the client, partners, your colleagues in the internal workshop, and the design office. Everyone on the same page? That's your goal!
What do you bring to the table?
You are an experienced industrial or civil engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Adding challenging and complex projects to your list of achievements? That gives you goosebumps.
You're not easily overwhelmed. You're confident in demonstrating a strong dose of perseverance. This, combined with strong commercial, organizational, and communication skills, ensures your project runs smoothly.
