Priority referrals are given to unemployed individuals:
a) with a Large Family Card, as referred to in Article 1, Section 1 of the Act of 5 December ,
b) over 50 years of age,
c) without professional qualifications,
d) disabled,
e) long-term unemployed,
f) under 30 years of age,
g) single parents with at least one child.
