YOU'LL BE DOING:
You'll lead your station and, as a team player, provide support wherever needed.
You'll coordinate daily operations and dishes according to guidelines, ensuring smooth workflows.
You'll actively participate in the creative development of new dishes in close collaboration and consultation with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
You'll optimize processes in your area and ensure they comply with HACCP and our high quality standards.
You'll be responsible for preparing the daily mise en place.
YOU'LL IMPRESS US:
Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry is required.
You have 2-3 years of professional experience in fine dining.
You possess in-depth culinary expertise and enjoy continuous professional development.
You're not only a team player but also inspire our employees to achieve peak performance through your appreciative leadership.
With a commitment to quality and attention to detail. You don't compromise.
On a personal level, you impress with your openness to feedback and your determination to continuously improve.
THIS IS WHAT WE OFFER:
A 5-day week with regular working hours (generally Tuesday-Saturday)

The minimum salary for the advertised position, based on a 45-hour week, is €2,578 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are happy to offer more.
