## You will be responsible for:
Responsibility for a small group of people
Motivating them and providing them with technical support
Adjusting the daily schedule as needed
Consulting with your workshop supervisor
Monitoring safety and quality
Collaborating as needed

You already have experience leading a small group
You have technical insight and can read plans
You enjoy working with people
You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
You are willing to work in two shifts (starting with a day shift, then two shifts)
You communicate fluently in Dutch
