We are looking for a foreman who can manage a team of technicians.
As a company, we operate in the construction sector, specifically in the technical field: electricity, heat pumps, ventilation systems, heating, etc.
This includes large-scale projects, such as residential care centers, office buildings, schools, apartment buildings, hotels, etc.
As a team leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team throughout the entire project (1 to 2 years).
## Specifically, your responsibilities include:
Daily management of your own team
Independent pipe installation
Preventive maintenance
Diagnostics
Problem solving

The grinding and cutting work is outsourced to subcontractors.
In the morning, you will leave your home for the site, which is always regionally located.
## Your workday starts at 6:30 AM on site and ends at 3:00 PM.
Overtime is rare.
You fall under PC 124, supplemented by meal vouchers and a fully equipped van.
Do you have HVAC expertise?
### Experience in the sector
Driver's license B
Knowledge of Dutch
