Meliá Sol y Nieve is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager. Your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff to guarantee the quality of service offered to guests in the hotel's restaurants and bars. This will contribute to achieving the hotel's food and beverage ratios and its economic, quality, work environment, employee development, and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of bars and restaurants.
Ensure the quality and consistency of service.
Manage inventory, billing, and equipment maintenance.
Understand and support the management of the department's budget.
Control costs and assist with ordering and inventory control.
Promote hotel services and events.
### Requirements
Education: University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Languages: Advanced Spanish and English (a third language is a plus). Knowledge: Hotel operations, REVO, POS systems, advanced Microsoft Office skills.
### Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position or leading teams.
