Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. cooperation with local government units and municipal crisis response teams,
2. participation in flood control operations, participation in estimating flood damage, preparing lists and tender materials for its removal,
3. preparation of contract descriptions (including cost estimates, simplified documentation) for maintenance works and flood damage removal for tender procedures,
4. coordinating design documentation from external entities and foreign investors, draft decisions of the WZ and ULICP (Uniform Planning and Control Plan) of city and municipal offices, as well as spatial development plans and studies,
5. correspondence with external entities and private individuals regarding managed facilities and watercourses,
6. cooperation with city and municipal offices, district offices, and the Association of Water Companies, participation in committees, hearings, and site visits,
7. performing periodic inspections and ongoing monitoring of managed facilities,
8. coordinating the Customer Service Office, managing electronic document flow in supervision,
9. conducting administrative proceedings regarding water law notifications,
10. receiving complaints, applications, and petitions and maintaining their records at the Water Supervision Authority,
describing invoices in accounting software.
Fixed-term replacement contract, work hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

### Requirements:
- Education: General secondary education required; Higher education (including a bachelor's degree) - desirable
- Skills: MS OFFICE/OPEN OFFICE - required
- Other: Higher education, preferably in environmental protection, environmental engineering, or water construction, at least one year of professional experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of the Code of Administrative Procedure, water law, construction law; knowledge of MS Office,
