As a Recruitment Consultant in the Ghent region, you'll be given responsibility from day one.
You'll help companies grow by supporting them in their search for new employees.
You'll connect companies and candidates through in-depth interviews, writing job postings, following up on applications, and consulting with clients and candidates.
With your persuasiveness, you convert prospects into customers. At Noël Franklin, you have the freedom to prospect and negotiate with decision-makers such as CEOs and HR Managers.
For you, the start-up isn't the end. You'll continue to follow up on candidates for up to a year after their first day. Aftercare isn't an empty promise with us, but a fixed value.
Keeping your administration up-to-date is also part of your responsibilities.
You'll contribute to building our image as a strong brand, both online (e.g., social media) and offline (e.g., networking events).

You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
You have strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and are a good networker.
You're goal-oriented and results-oriented.
You take initiative, are commercially minded, and exude confidence.
You have a good command of Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
