What does the job entail?
Ensure a warm welcome for visitors, suppliers, and colleagues upon arrival at the office.
Manage the office and ensure efficient internal mail distribution.
Coordinating and scheduling meeting rooms and handling practical orders such as business cards and office supplies.
Providing administrative support to management, the prevention department, and the materials department.
Providing backup for payroll administration when colleagues are absent or additional assistance is needed.
Managing documents and data and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes.
Switching quickly between different departments and external parties to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Maintaining an overview and acting as the administrative key figure within the office.
A bachelor's or master's degree or at least 7 years of relevant experience in an administrative or coordinating role is required.
Punctuality and structure are essential to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
A professional appearance is required to provide a representative welcome.
