The role:
What will you do as an Administrative Accounting Clerk in Zeebrugge?
Accurate and timely processing of outgoing invoices
Answering customer inquiries in Dutch and English
Analyzing invoice data and suggesting process improvements
Preparing pro forma statements
Collecting and processing data from operational systems for accurate invoicing
Our client:
Experience in administration or accounting, preferably with a focus on invoicing
Fluent communication in Dutch and English
Accurate, strong numerical skills, and a structured approach
Good knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
Team-oriented mindset with an eye for independence and detail
