Technical Support Engineer

What will you be doing as a Technical Support Engineer in Zedelgem?
You'll analyze problems, provide solutions, and process them in the ERP system.
You'll follow up warranty inquiries from request to completion.
You'll prepare quotes for upgrades and machine modifications.
You'll provide technical advice to the sales and service teams.
You'll contribute to improvements and efficiency within service processes.

You have a Bachelor's degree in technology, such as electromechanics, mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant experience in a technical role is required.
An interest in machinery for construction, recycling, soil processing, or agriculture is a plus.
You can communicate fluently in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French and English.
ERP systems and MS Office are familiar to you.
