Job Description

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for dedicated individuals who will lead our locations with passion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the hotel
Leadership, motivation, and development of the entire hotel team
Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and further development of service and quality standards
Representing the hotel to guests, partners, authorities, and regional institutions
Supporting the hotel's marketing, sales, and strategic positioning
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and regular reports to management
### Qualifications
Completed training in the hotel industry and several years of management experience in a 4-star hotel (minimum 20 employees)
Excellent hospitality skills, a strong service orientation, and a commitment to quality
Friendly, exemplary, and professional demeanor, as well as resilience and a well-groomed appearance
Initiative, strong organizational skills, and a structured work approach
Sound knowledge of pricing strategies, relevant distribution channels, and revenue management tools Proficient in MS Office and common hotel management systems (e.g., Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, OpenTable)
