Receptionist (100% day shift) in Timmendorfer Strand
## Location: Timmendorfer Strand
## Setting: Directly on the Baltic Sea
## Working hours: Part-time or full-time
## Size: Up to 50 rooms
## Type of establishment: Boutique Hotel
## Your future responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming guests, checking them in and out
Providing personal, telephone, and written support to guests
Handling reservation requests, bookings, and guest correspondence
Creating invoices and processing payments
Maintaining guest records
### Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience at reception or in guest services is desirable
Team spirit and enjoyment in interacting with guests
Independence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
